Warehouse + Signet Fading Contest

Competition Mechanics


• The Event will be a year-long contest for denim evolution on fading.The event will be a year-long contest for denim evolution based on fading. It will commence on April 1, 2022. 


The entries will be judged by The Signet Store.


Purchasing our Contest Jean is a prerequisite for joining the competition. You may not use any other jean besides this.

 

• The Contest Jean uses Warehouse’s WW2 denim and is cut from the 1946 pattern. International buyers need only pay a flat rate of 20 USD for shipping.


Buyers of the Contest Jean may choose any number between 1 to 100. This unique number will serve as an identifier of its owner and will be stamped on the pair's leather patch.


You may also request your jeans to be pre-soaked and hemmed free of charge.


The jeans need to be raw or unworn until April 1, 2022. Participants are required to post their pair alongside a newspaper marking the date as proof.


Once the competition has commenced, participants are required to post once a month on our Discord, Superfuture thread, or on Instagram by using the hashtag #warehousesignetcontestjeans 


We require 4 well-lit and unfiltered photos: 2 flatlays (front & back) and 2 worn (front & back). All this will serve as a means for us to monitor and share the progress of your fade!


• PRIZES


1st Place:

Two (2) pairs of Warehouse denim jeans and one (1) denim jacket of choice from the Signet or Warehouse web-store.


2nd Place:

One (1) pair of Warehouse denim jeans and one (1) denim jacket of choice from the Signet or Warehouse web-store.


3rd Place:

One (1) pair of Warehouse denim jeans of choice from the Signet or Warehouse web-store. 


• Once the competition has ended, Signet will decide the top 3 fades based on the submitted photos. So please make sure that they are taken in good lighting and

without the use of filters!

We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with original tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Signet is not responsible for shipping fees on items that were purchased in our online store that is being exchanged for another size or for store credit. Any shipping charges incurred due to exchanges or returns for store credit are the responsibility of the customer.

For international orders, the customer will be the one to shoulder duties and taxes as well, if there are any once it enters PH. We will also require you to ship the item via DHL, FedEx, or UPS only.

To start a return, you can contact us at info@thesignetstore.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like undergarments (such as socks, underwear, and undershirts). Hemmed or soaked/washed denim may not be exchanged.

Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Refunds
We don't issue any refunds for any purchases made online or in-store but we can issue a store credit that you may use to purchase another item or can be used on your next purchase. Your store credit won't have an expiration date and can be used anytime.

Refund policy does not apply under the following situations:

If the product purchased has no imperfection or defect, or if not expired, the store may opt not to replace or refund
When the defects of the goods are due to the mishandling of the buyer
If the consumer had a change of mind
The sale of second-hand articles
